Bếp Việt products are fully prepared, vacuum-sealed, and frozen to preserve authentic Vietnamese flavors and ensure food safety during long-distance shipping. Proper storage and handling will help maintain quality, freshness, and safety when enjoying our products.
1. Storage Instructions
+ Store products in the freezer at -18°C / 0°F or belo
+ When properly stored and kept in the original vacuum-sealed packaging, products can be used within 2–3 months from the delivery date.
Upon delivery, please open the package and check the products immediately.
If items are still cold or frozen, place them in the freezer as soon as possible.
If products are slightly softened during transit, they are still safe to use as long as they are not fully thawed.
Do not store products in the refrigerator for extended periods, do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours, and do not use if the packaging is damaged or if there is an unusual odor.
2. Thawing Instructions
The recommended method is to move products from the freezer to the refrigerator while keeping them sealed.
Average thawing time is 6–12 hours, depending on the dish.
For faster use, products may be thawed by placing the sealed package in cold water.
Do not thaw using hot water or leave products at room temperature for long periods.
3. Cooking & Reheating Instructions
Bếp Việt dishes are fully cooked and suitable for various reheating methods:
+ Air Fryer: Heat at 350–380°F (175–190°C) for 8–15 minutes, depending on the dish. Ideal for fried items, cakes, and rolls.
+ Microwave: Transfer food to a microwave-safe container and heat for 3–5 minutes. Suitable for fully cooked dishes.
4. Shelf Life
+ Use within 2–3 months when stored in the freezer.
+ Once thawed, consume within 24 hours.
+ After opening the package, it is recommended to consume in one serving for best quality.
5. Food Safety Notes
+ Do not refreeze products that have been completely thawed.
+ Do not consume if the product has an unusual smell or shows signs of spoilage.
+ Always store at the recommended temperature to ensure food quality and safety.
